About the Role
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives to connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand learner requirements, career goals, and professional challenges.
- Explain AcceleratorX programs, curriculum, mentorship, projects, and expected outcomes.
- Handle queries, objections, and regular follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Achieve assigned enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth learner onboarding.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, or B2C Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude can apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge are preferred.
- EdTech or sales experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
