The Role

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Growth Intern to research, identify, and reach out to potential leads across multiple channels, and keep clean, reliable records of every conversation. This is a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-quality leads across LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, and cold calls.
• Run personalized outreach through DMs, emails, and calls.
• Maintain daily and weekly lead reports: sources, responses, follow-ups, and status.
• Track what's working and what isn't, and suggest improvements.
• Work directly with the founder, sharing insights and attending regular reporting sessions.
• Explore and understand different markets and industries as part of lead research.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written and spoken communication (English required; Hindi/Gujarati is a plus).
• Curiosity, persistence, and comfort with rejection.
• Good with Google Sheets/Excel and organized record-keeping.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google search techniques.
• Ability to commit 6 focused hours daily, Mon-Fri.
• Prior sales, marketing, or outreach experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Qualifications

• Students, fresh graduates, and career-switchers are all welcome.

Additional Details

• Type: Internship, with a PPO opportunity.
• Commitment: 6 hours/day, Monday to Friday.
• Stipend: ₹5,000/month.
• Location: Remote-flexible, with frequent in-person reporting in Ahmedabad.
• Probation: 1-week probation period.
• Internship Duration: 3 months (if probation goes well).
