Position: Shelf life Executive
Department: Shelf life

Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday (Any 2 Saturday off)

Job Description
- Sensory Evaluation: Conduct sensory and organoleptic evaluation (taste, odor, color, texture, and visual appearance) on raw, in-process, and finished food samples following standard testing procedures.
- Quality Checks of Test Results: Perform thorough verification and quality checks on analytical test results to ensure accuracy, precision, and repeatability prior to final report release.
- FSSAI Compliance: Apply foundational knowledge of FSSAI guidelines, regulatory standards, and safety norms to ensure all food testing parameters comply with national food safety standards.
- Log testing data, maintain sample records, and generate quality analysis reports efficiently.
