About the Role
We're hiring an AR Caller for US Healthcare RCM in Kolkata.
Shift: US Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding unpaid and denied claims.
- Handle claim denials, appeals, and resubmissions.
- Resolve outstanding accounts and support timely collections.
- Maintain accurate claim records and follow-up documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare RCM.
- Experience of medical billing/ denial management or insurance follow-ups is a must.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.
