About the Role
Mista Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Fresher Architect to join our dynamic design and engineering team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Architecture who are eager to kickstart their career by working on exciting residential and commercial building projects, learning end-to-end drafting, and gaining hands-on exposure to GFC and authority approval documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Drawings Support
- Assist in preparing accurate and detailed Architectural Good for Construction (GFC) drawings under the guidance of senior architects.
- Assist in drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and basic construction drawings.
- Learn to coordinate architectural drawings with basic Structural and MEP requirements.
- Incorporate design changes and revisions neatly and efficiently.
- Authority Approval Drawings Assistance
- Assist in preparing drawings required for statutory and local authority submissions.
- Learn how to compile area statements, basic FAR/FSI calculations, built-up area calculations, and related documentation.
- Help update drawings based on feedback from senior team members and authority requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Software Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modelling tools like SketchUp, Revit, & BIM.
- Technical Foundations: Good understanding of basic architectural plans, sections, elevations, and standard construction details.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work diligently, take feedback positively, meet deadlines, and handle tasks with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Graduation: B.Arch.
- Prior internship experience in an architectural or structural consultancy firm.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn building construction standards, detailing, and statutory compliance norms.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and senior engineers.
- Preferred Exposure (Academic or Internship):
- Residential or apartment building projects.
- Architectural drafting and detailing coursework.
