About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista/Service Executive at Happy Cat Hospitality LLP in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages.
- Ensuring high standards of food preparation and hygiene.
- Providing customers with excellent service experiences.
- Managing customer orders.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Contributing to a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Supporting other team members to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn to make new beverages, including Coffee and non-coffee.
- Guest interaction and communication.
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.
Salary: Rs. 15000-Rs. 20000 (based on experience)
