About the Role
This is a full-time Program Assistant position supporting the Cardiac Rehab department, primarily located in Royal Oak. The role requires willingness to travel to the Troy location as needed. The team member will process cardiac rehab referrals for all 7 cardiac rehab locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry, clerical, and computer tasks
- Maintains the database
- Files and copies paperwork/charts
- Completes reports
- Answers phones
- Completes chart audits
- Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
