Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, with major focus on Blue Collar hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements for Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas, Logistics, etc.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offers, and joining.
- Support documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding process.
- Ensure hiring targets and timelines are met.
