This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of architectural projects.
• Prepare drawings and 3D models.
• Assist in developing detailed design documentation.
• Collaborate with senior architects.
• Coordinate with consultants.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Ensure designs meet functional, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Perform basic project coordination tasks.
• Track progress against schedules.
• Contribute to presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and visualizations.
• Understanding of Integration between building systems and design elements.
• Basic exposure to Project Management.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design and visualization applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, with eligibility to pursue local professional licensure.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow design standards.
• Readiness to learn from feedback in a collaborative studio environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients in Kozhikode.
