  • Prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), NPDES permit applications, Notices of Intent (NOIs), and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all plans and permit documents adhere to applicable policies, industry standards, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, soil and water conservation districts, and utility clients through plan review and permit approval.

  • Willingness and ability to learn and apply the Clean Water Act, NPDES regulations, and state construction stormwater general permits.
  • Ability to apply state and local E&S handbooks and stormwater design manuals to plans and permit documents.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including tracking permit deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively within a team.
