About the Role

Arthavue Securities & Analytics Pvt.Ltd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern. This is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role offers exposure to both sales and analytical functions, providing learning opportunities for early-career professionals interested in finance and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Support sales outreach efforts.
• Maintain customer relationships through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Help prepare marketing materials.
• Contribute to digital and offline campaigns.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve services.
• Coordinate with senior team members.
• Update CRM or tracking tools.
• Support training or product demos for prospective and existing customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with basic office software and online collaboration tools.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction.
• Customer Service skills with the ability to respond professionally to client inquiries.
• Foundational Sales skills, such as prospecting and follow-up.
• Ability to assist in Training activities and support Sales Management tasks.
• Interest in financial services, securities, or business analytics; prior coursework or projects in these areas is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
