About the Role
LoveLocal (formerly known as m.Paani) is bringing your trusted local shops online and empowering them to deliver the neighbourhood shopping experience of the future. From groceries and fresh produce to daily essentials, LoveLocal enables customers to shop from their favourite local stores with fast delivery, exciting offers, digital payments, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
- Help resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on customer requests.
- Learn and follow customer support processes and communication guidelines.
- Contribute to delivering a great customer experience every day.
Qualifications
- Graduate or final-year student (any discipline).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English grammar and typing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
