About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated graduate engineers who want to shape the next generation of AI-native software engineering. This is a hands-on engineering role for people who are passionate about technology, learn quickly and enjoy turning new ideas into working software.
Key Responsibilities
- Build reusable accelerators for Agentic SDLC and AI-native software development.
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent solutions using hyperscaler platforms.
- Create prototypes, reference implementations and reusable AI engineering components.
- Work on RAG, tool calling, orchestration, evaluation, observability, guardrails and LLMOps.
- Experiment with modern coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models and agent frameworks.
- Contribute to cloud-native and enterprise AI architectures.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects across India and Europe.
- Turn promising technologies into scalable assets for real customer delivery.
