About the Role
We are looking for an Intern for our Global Liquidity and Funding Control team supporting primarily the NSFR external framework regulatory reporting analysts. This role is based in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist on the production, review, and analysis of our Liquidity & Funding metrics, mainly for net stable funding ratio.
- Provide reports to the regulators and internal management information.
- Investigate and respond to queries from stakeholders on deliverables.
- Support in monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Explore and enable AI solutions (Co Pilot and internal UBS tools) to legacy processes for increased efficiency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Robust analytical skills and ability to work with large data and numbers.
- Basic accounting and understanding of balance sheet concepts.
- Basic understanding of liquidity risk.
- Curiosity and inclination to better understand banking business (investment banking, Wealth management, P&C and Treasury) including various products traded within these divisions.
- Open-minded and flexible, with strong problem-solving skills and an interest in continuous improvement.
- Ability to challenge constructively.
- Familiarity with AI solutions such as Co Pilot and internal UBS tools is a plus.
