About Mintive
Mintive helps companies put agents to work safely, building the infrastructure that makes a company's work runnable by them. Our first product is an MCP gateway providing governed access to company data and tools for agents. We are building the rest of the agent stack: connectors, monitoring, sandboxing, long-running agents, and memory, with the goal of becoming a company's operating system. We work in person in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are AI-native, with agents handling sales, marketing, deal ops, and engineering.
The Job
You will own features end to end, from conception to production, across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. The work leans backend and infra, but extends to UI and connector fixes. Your primary working environment includes Claude and Codex, using agents to accelerate development. Your role involves shaping problems, making architecture, product, and UX calls, hardening enterprise paths, designing connectors, protecting security-sensitive surfaces, and identifying errors in generated code. Roles are blurred, and we ship within hours. You will learn directly from founders and customers. We hire across levels, valuing judgment, range, and shipping speed.
