Location: Hyderabad
Salary: 3 – 4 LPA
Joining: Immediate
Contract: 3 months (based on performance, extension will be considered)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support.
- Handle customer service.
- Perform quality assurance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- International voice/email experience (preferred).
- WFH Criteria:
- Own computer with latest OS.
- High-speed internet connection.
- UPS / Power backup.
- Willing to relocate if WFO resumes.
Qualifications
- 12th or above (preferred).
- 1 year experience in international voice/email.
