About the Role

The Member role at MedPlus Health Services Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and use basic computer systems and digital tools for day-to-day operations, data entry, and reporting.
• Strong customer-service orientation, including clear communication, patience, and a professional, respectful approach toward all customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions, inventory checks, documentation, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Teamwork skills, including willingness to collaborate, support peers, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet daily operational targets.
• Basic proficiency in English and local language for effective communication; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification of higher secondary (12th standard) or equivalent; a diploma or degree in any discipline is beneficial.
• Prior experience in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to undergo training is essential.
