About the Role

VK Digitals and Financial Services LLP (VanshKriti) is an integrated startup advisory and growth consulting firm that supports businesses from idea stage to IPO. The firm partners with startups, MSMEs, and growth-stage companies to build scalable business models, strengthen market positioning, and unlock appropriate capital at the right time. Its services span digital marketing strategy, brand building, performance marketing, growth consulting, and comprehensive financial advisory, including equity, debt, grants, and working capital solutions. VK Digitals and Financial Services also assists with business structuring, pitch decks, financial modelling, investor outreach, and deal closure, acting as a long-term growth partner. The organization is driven by a data-led, compliant approach focused on sustainable value creation and helping founders build investment-ready, scalable enterprises.

This is a full-time Founders Office Intern role in a hybrid setup, based in Yamunanagar with flexibility for some work-from-home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founding team across strategic and operational priorities.
• Conduct research on startups, markets, and investors.
• Prepare briefings and reports.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide content support for brand positioning.
• Handle documentation needed for due diligence and internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with the founders.
• Contribute to special projects.
• Gain exposure to startup advisory, growth strategy, and financial consulting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with digital tools, presentations, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Docs).

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in startups, business strategy, finance, and fundraising (equity, debt, grants, and working capital solutions).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prepare professional emails, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant internships or project experience is an advantage.
• High level of ownership, integrity, and willingness to learn, with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in startup ecosystems.
