Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collect the scan copy of techlog pages from various line stations.
- Ensure the data in the techlog is entered into the internal apps/website/ERP.
- Ensure digital data is available in realtime as practically as possible.
- Perform data sanctity checks daily.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure required data is available in a digital format.
- Collect hard copies of techlog pages and archive them in the office.
- Perform scanning of engineering documents and indexing them.
- Provide soft copies of documents as and when required to concerned engineering staff.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for the procurement of stationery needed for hard copy archiving of engineering documents.
- Perform any other work assigned by engineering managers.

- Any Bachelor Degree
- Moderate skill in interpretation of aircraft techlog
