About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling invoices, and supporting routine accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Support GST-related documentation and filing activities.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing basic financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment and billing-related queries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) graduates.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with good accounting fundamentals are welcome.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
