Management Trainee – Operations & Business Development

About Volgacars
Established in 1996, Volgacars is a corporate car rental and travel management company serving business travellers, corporate clients and individuals. We are looking for a smart, energetic and career-oriented Management Trainee to join our Mumbai team and gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer relationship management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily corporate car rental operations and bookings.
- Coordinate with corporate clients, drivers and internal teams.
- Monitor vehicle schedules, trip assignments and service quality.
- Support customer relationship management and business development.
- Assist with billing, reporting and administrative activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with management to understand end-to-end business operations.
Qualifications
- BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA or graduates from related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates and candidates starting their management careers.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who can work from our Colaba office.
