Human Resources Intern

About the Role

As an HR Intern at Skillinabox, you will be working closely with the Founders and HR Team to help shape the company’s people culture for our Fashion Designing and Make-up Artistry divisions. This role offers hands-on exposure to real HR operations, hiring, engagement, and culture-building in a fast-scaling edtech & skilltech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for key roles.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and feedback sessions.
• Support in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR databases.
• Coordinate with teams to understand hiring needs and improve candidate experience.
• Contribute to HR campaigns, events, and culture initiatives.
• Learn and support core HR operations like attendance, performance tracking, and HR analytics.
• Be part of brainstorming sessions with founders on growth, hiring strategies, and people experience.
