About the Role
The Account Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Noida. This role offers practical exposure to client servicing, finance-related operations, and account coordination within a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account management activities.
- Track client requirements.
- Update records.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Handle basic finance and account-related documentation.
- Assist with customer service follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate data in systems.
- Support analysis of account performance.
- Contribute to process improvements under guidance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Must know Tally and Excel.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare basic reports, and support account performance reviews.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, and to prepare clear documentation.
- Foundational Finance knowledge to assist with account documentation, invoicing support, and basic reconciliations.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to help manage client queries, maintain relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Interest in consulting, finance operations, and client servicing, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
