Job Purpose
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various client requirements across industries.
- Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and successful candidate onboarding.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, and hiring expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and job suitability.
- Experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche recruitment.
Skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
