About the Role
- Provide Technical Support and Commissioning support to distributors & clients on water mechanical fire products.
- Products include: RED-E cabinet, Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator, Water mist system, Sprinklers, Grooved fittings, and Valves.
- Support distributors & clients on system commissioning at project sites for RED-E cabinet, Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator system, and Water mist system.
- Prepare basic designs with BOM (Bill of Materials) for Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator system, and Water mist system to support distributors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support, design support, site support, and training on water mechanical products to distributors and clients.
- Interact with distributors and clients to provide technical support and propose suitable fire suppression systems for project requirements.
- Focus on continuous improvement in customer satisfaction for both internal & external customers.

Qualifications

- Knowledge in water mechanical products is desirable.
