About the Internship

When a client asks Medinex Workforce for "a good Java developer" or "a lab technician with two years of experience," the real requirement is rarely that simple. Someone has to ask the right questions, write down what is actually needed, and make sure recruiters, clients, and managers all work from the same understanding. This internship puts you in that seat. You will learn how a vague request becomes a clear, documented requirement and how a team tracks it until the role is filled.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture client and team requirements from calls, emails, and meeting notes.
• Write user stories, requirement summaries, and process documents.
• Map current workflows such as sourcing, screening, and onboarding, and mark delays and repeated work.
• Analyze hiring data in Excel to support your recommendations.
• Prepare short reports and presentations for managers.
• Maintain project trackers and follow up with teams on task progress.
• Help check finished work against the agreed requirements.
• Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clear written and spoken English.
• Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Logical thinking and the habit of breaking big problems into small steps.
• The ability to ask good questions before making assumptions.
• Organization and follow-up without reminders.
• A laptop and stable internet connection for full-time remote work.
• Nice to have: Basic flowchart skills using Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of SQL or Jira.
• Nice to have: A case study or sample document you have written.

Qualifications

• Final-year students and recent graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or any stream with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-taught learners who can show a case study or certificate.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
• Must be available full-time for the internship period.
