About the Role

Goa Samagra Shiksha is recruiting for 41 Vocational Instructor posts across 12 NSQF sectors. This is a contractual engagement ending on March 31, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide vocational training to students in secondary and higher secondary schools.
• Assess student knowledge, experience, and communication abilities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Konkani language knowledge is essential.
• Marathi language knowledge is desirable.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Computer skills are essential.
• Proficiency in training school children.
• Familiarity with communicating technical information in simple Konkani and English.
• Ability to enhance computer literacy through document preparation and presentation.

Qualifications and Experience (Sector-Specific)

• Automobile:
• Automobile/Mechanical degree with 1 year experience.
• Relevant diploma with 3 years experience.
• Mechanical diploma/engineering with 4 years automotive experience.
• Tourism and Hospitality:
• Hotel Management qualification with 5 years F&B experience.
• Domain certificate with 5 years experience.
• Travel & Tourism PG with 1 year experience.
• Tourism degree/diploma with 3 years experience.
• Healthcare:
• GNM diploma with 3 years total experience.
• B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. with 2 years experience.
• MBBS, BAMS or BHMS with 2 years experience.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. Nursing with 2 years experience.
• Plumbing:
• B.Tech Civil with 1 year work or teaching experience.
• Civil Engineering diploma with 2 to 3 years experience.
• Logistics:
• Graduate or diploma in Logistics Management with 1 year experience.
• PG Diploma with at least 50 percent marks.
• Any graduate with 2 years logistics experience.
• Electronics:
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Telecom with 1 year experience.
• Relevant diploma with 2 years of experience.
• Computer Science degree, MCA or DOEACC B Level.
• CCNA or hardware maintenance certification preferred.
• Agriculture:
• PG in Agriculture or Horticulture with 1 year experience.
• Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture or Forestry with 1 year sector experience.
• Media and Entertainment:
• Any graduate with 1 year media experience.
• Animation or texturing artist experience preferred.
• Retail:
• Graduate or diploma in Retail Management with 1 year experience.
• PG Diploma in Marketing with 50 percent marks.
• 12th pass with 4 years retail experience.
• Banking, Financial Services & Insurance:
• Postgraduation in commerce, management or finance with 1 year experience.
• B.Com or any graduate with 3 years sector experience.
• Telecommunication:
• Engineering degree with 1 year industry or training experience.
• Diploma or M.Sc. in Physics, Maths or Chemistry with 4 years experience.
• Construction:
• B.Tech Civil with 1 year experience.
• Civil diploma with 1 to 2 years experience.
• B.Tech or M.Tech with 0.6 year sector experience.

Interview Details

• Walk-In Dates: November 5, 2026 and November 6, 2026.
• Reporting Time: 9:45 AM at the Directorate of Education, Porvorim.
• Interview Start: 10:00 AM.
• Registration Cut-off: 11:00 AM for morning slot, 3:30 PM for afternoon slot.
