About the Role
- Join an engineering team to build modern web applications from end to end.
- Work on both frontend and backend development.
- Contribute to new product features.
- Integrate APIs and databases.
- Improve the performance and reliability of existing applications.
- Gain hands-on experience with real-world software projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop frontend and backend features for web applications.
- Build responsive and reusable user interface components.
- Create and maintain APIs and server-side application logic.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineers and product team members on feature development.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Assist with deployment, documentation, and ongoing product improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- React, Next.js, Vue, or another modern frontend framework
- Node.js, Python, Java, or similar backend technologies
- REST APIs and database concepts
- Git and version control
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
- Communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
- Experience with authentication and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Vercel.
- Understanding of responsive design and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with Docker or CI/CD is a plus.
- Personal projects, GitHub contributions, hackathons, or previous internship experience are a plus.
