About the Role
This is a full-time, remote role for a Full Stack Developer. The developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement responsive user interfaces.
- Build and integrate APIs.
- Optimize performance.
- Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features in iterative cycles.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Improve existing codebases.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- Solid understanding of version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and secure coding principles.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design clean solutions, and write maintainable, well-documented code.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating in distributed teams using digital communication tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
