Production print work would be a plus with a high attention to detail. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to real projects. You’ll work closely with our team to help bring visual concepts to life across print and digital, while learning how design functions in a fast-paced, business-driven environment. Support the team with administration and organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and updating product catalogs (print and digital)
  • Support layout design for multi-page documents with high attention to detail
  • Create and adapt marketing assets (social, email, web, and print)
  • Prepare files for print production (bleeds, file packaging, basic prepress)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design work
  • Organize and manage design files and assets
  • Assist in Creative team administration work and project organization
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative leadership on ongoing projects

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Interest in layout design and working with structured content (catalogs, guides, etc.)
  • Good eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating in person

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-page layout projects (school or freelance)
  • Basic understanding of print production
  • Familiarity with brand systems and templates

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-world experience working on high-impact design projects
  • Exposure to catalog production and marketing workflows
  • Direct feedback and mentorship from experienced creatives
  • Portfolio-worthy work
