About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised intern to handle client communications and social media management. You’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely content delivery, and consistent social media management across Instagram and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Understand client requirements, collect content, and follow up on pending materials.
- Share content drafts for approval and coordinate revisions and feedback.
- Manage Instagram and YouTube accounts, including scheduling and publishing content.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
- Track basic social media performance and share updates with clients.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media.
- Organised, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple clients.
- Proactive with follow-ups and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or CapCut is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome.
