About the Role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer Intern to design visuals for our social media, website, and YouTube channel. You will work closely with our content and video team to turn ideas into eye-catching, on-brand designs.
- Position: Graphic Designer Intern
- Location: Green Park, New Delhi
- Duration: 6 months
- Start date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Design daily posts, carousels, and story creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn as per the content calendar.
- Create banners, page headers, blog images, icons, and other visuals for the website.
- Design click-worthy YouTube thumbnails that match each video's title and topic.
- Plan and design creatives for festivals, national days, and special occasions, delivered ahead of time.
- Make clean, well-arranged photo collages for posts, testimonials, and event highlights.
- Follow brand guidelines (colours, fonts, logo usage) across every design.
- Take briefs from the content and video team, share drafts quickly, and make revisions based on feedback.
- Resize and adapt one design for multiple platforms and formats.
- Keep design files organised and named properly in the shared drive.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent skills).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Good sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- A portfolio showing social media, thumbnail, or branding work (college or personal projects are fine).
- Able to handle multiple designs a day and meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback and quick to make changes.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good to Have
- Basic motion graphics or short video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
- Familiarity with Figma for website/UI graphics.
- Understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends and what makes a thumbnail get clicks.
- Experience using AI design tools to speed up work.
