About the Role
Seeking a Visual Designer to produce visual graphics solutions for client communication needs, combining creative skills with commercial awareness. This role is based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce visual graphics solutions for client communication needs.
- Create branding projects from the ground up.
- Develop campaigns.
- Lead a team of designers.
- Provide quality art and creative direction.
- Design apps and websites.
- Contribute to brand strategies, including ideas that demonstrate insight and innovation, solutions that engage audiences, and expressions of thinking in words or images.
- Understand business cases and client briefs through research, understanding client objectives, and having an overview of commercial content.
- Implement creative execution during the design stages of client projects, under the direction of a Creative Director or Design Director.
- Collaborate with planners, account and project managers, artists, and third-party suppliers (copywriters, photographers, illustrators, animators) to ensure creative and commercial success.
- Brief and oversee production, paying attention to detail and client brand guidelines.
- Own, shape, develop, and deliver creative projects.
- Contribute to new business and farming efforts, as well as pitches.
- Conceptualize ideas, visualize outcomes, and translate them into creative output.
- Create an overall theme or style to be used.
- Review and approve designs of other designers.
- Collaborate with designers and utilize excellent communication skills to help others understand project visions.
- Work on complex client briefs.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements.
- Coach and train team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Aftereffects, Dreamweaver)
- MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
