Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas

• MCA/ROC filings and company law compliance
• Company incorporation and LLP-related work
• Annual filings and statutory compliance
• Drafting of resolutions, minutes and other legal documents
• Accounting, Tally, and bookkeeping
• MS Excel, MS Word, and basic GST compliance

Qualifications

• CS students looking for internship / articleship opportunities
• Candidates interested in corporate law, secretarial practice and statutory compliance
• Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are preferred
