About the Role

As an Analyst for Vertriebsbetrieb (Sales Operations Analyst), you will support the optimization of all sales processes in the insurance and retirement planning sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing sales data and performance metrics.
• Creating reports and dashboards.
• Deriving concrete recommendations for management and sales teams.
• Collaborating closely with departments to monitor and improve CRM workflows, lead management, and campaign processes.
• Examining efficiency potentials in existing workflows.
• Supporting the implementation of new tools.
• Contributing to data quality assurance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical and conceptual skills: Strong ability for data analysis, working with metrics, and creating structured reports and recommendations.
• IT and system competence: Proficiency with CRM systems, database and reporting tools, and good knowledge of MS Excel or comparable analysis tools.
• Communication and collaboration: Clear, precise communication style, ability to explain complex issues comprehensibly, and cooperative collaboration with sales, management, and IT.
• Organizational and process understanding: Good understanding of sales processes, lead management, and operational procedures, as well as a structured and independent work style.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Ideally some professional experience in Sales Controlling, Sales Operations, or the insurance sector.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Maharashtra, India.
