About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Freshers who are interested in building a career in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will be involved in testing software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and business use cases.
- Create and execute test cases based on functional requirements.
- Perform Manual Testing and validate application functionality.
- Learn and contribute to Test Automation activities.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Participate in Functional, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
- Validate software across different browsers and platforms.
- Assist in API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Perform database validations and basic SQL queries.
- Support release testing and ensure product quality before deployment.
- Learn and follow SDLC and STLC processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Understanding of Functional and Integration Testing.
- Basic knowledge of Defect Life Cycle.
- Familiarity with programming concepts in Java or Python.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Database concepts and SQL.
- Awareness of API Testing concepts and tools like Postman.
- Understanding of Automation Testing concepts (Selenium knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or Mac operating systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of Selenium Automation Testing.
- Exposure to API Testing tools such as Postman or JMeter.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
- Exposure to Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Python scripting.
- Understanding of RPA concepts and testing.
- Internship or academic project experience in Software Testing.
Educational Qualification
- EBE/B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics) / MCA / MCS or equivalent.
- 2025 and 2026 pass-outs are encouraged to apply.
