About the Role
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales, purchase, journal, and ledger entries in Tally.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense statements.
- Manage GST calculations, returns, and reconciliations.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain cash flow records and petty cash statements.
- Assist in monthly payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliances.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage accounting activities independently based on experience.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
