Job Title: Entry-Level Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform data extraction and manipulation using SQL.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from business datasets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
- Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Support senior analysts with analytical projects and ad-hoc reporting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data cleaning, data visualization, and statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
