Co-op/Apprentice (Non-Tech)

About the Role

This is an entry-level, non-technical co-op/apprentice position within Medtronic's India OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER STREAM. Individual contributors provide organizational support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Indirect Channel Partners agreements and due diligence.
• Manage the Securimate platform and ensure it is always updated.
• Conduct the screening and evaluation of indirect channel partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity.
• Lead the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of SOPs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.com / BBA / BMS graduates.
• 2025 or 2026 pass-outs (freshers).
• Should not hold a PF account.
• No backlogs.

• Autonomy: Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior experience. Works on well-defined administrative and clerical tasks. Work is routine or follows standard procedures and is closely supervised.
