Concierge Security Officer, Access Control

About the Role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer - Access Control. This role emphasizes customer service and building connections, working with people in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Ability to stand and walk the entire shift
• Must have 6 months of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
• Must possess a Class D guard license

Work Location & Schedule

• Site Location: St. Petersburg, FL
• Set Schedule 1: Full-time, Mon - Fri, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am (40 hours/week)
• Set Schedule 2: Part-time, Sat - Sun, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am (16 hours/week)
