Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive
About the Role
- Location: Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru
- Office Relocation: Expected to relocate to Electronic City within 4–5 months.
- CTC: ₹3–4 LPA for freshers. Compensation is negotiable for experienced candidates.
Work Details
- Shift Timings: Rotational day shifts (8-hour shifts) starting at 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, or 11 AM.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Weekly Off: Rotational.
- Languages Required: Kannada (mandatory fluency) and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to collect customer feedback.
- Identify and understand interested and non-interested customers.
- Generate quality leads as per sales protocols.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer queries and concerns patiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Adhere to company information security guidelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer knowledge.
- SIM Card: Provided by the company.
- Leads: Provided by the company.
- Targets: Target-based role.
- Minimum Target Achievement: 60% of assigned target expected.
- Incentives: Slab-wise incentives based on performance.
- Interview Process: One round of virtual interview.
Qualifications
- PUC (10+2) qualified or graduates (or equivalent qualifications).
- Prior experience in tele-sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to different situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
