About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Social Media Intern to manage our social media pages, handle audience engagement and connect with potential clients through calls and other communication channels. This role is ideal for freshers who have good communication skills, are comfortable interacting with people and are interested in social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the company's social media pages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Regularly monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and queries.
• Engage with the audience and maintain consistent activity across social media platforms.
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services.
• Connect with prospective clients through WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls.
• Explain our services and how they work to potential clients.
• Send promotional and broadcasting messages to prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good command of both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with potential clients.
• Confident in handling conversations over phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Freshers are most welcome to apply.

Work Details

• Full-time position.
• Primarily work from home.
• May be required to visit the office once or twice a week, depending on work requirements.
• Candidates should be comfortable with occasional office visits to Marine Lines East, Mumbai.
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month, depending on skills and suitability.
