About the Role

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store, from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-Time employment.
• Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing.
• Location: Walmart Supercenter #491, 5130 HINKLEVILLE RD, PADUCAH, KY, 42001, US.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour.
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
