About the Role
This remote internship role offers hands-on experience supporting the development, testing, and improvement of AI-powered SaaS products. Interns join a team working at the intersection of AI, software development, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with product research
- Documenting features
- Gathering user feedback
- Helping refine workflows and processes
- Supporting data collection and organization
- Contributing to basic content or support materials
- Collaborating with team members on small projects related to customer communication and automation tools
Qualifications
- Interest in AI, SaaS products, and business workflow automation, with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
- Basic research, documentation, and organizational skills to support product development and team projects.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating remotely and preparing simple reports or summaries.
- Ability to manage time effectively, follow instructions, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information systems, business, communications) is beneficial but not required.
- Comfort working with digital collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project boards) and openness to feedback and mentorship.
