About the Role
Kleen-Tech Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Day Porter/General Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors
- Dust furniture, equipment, and surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas
- Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces
- Replenish restroom and facility supplies
- Set up and break down tables and chairs for meetings and events
- Replace light bulbs as needed
- Assist visitors with directions or basic questions
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
