Key Responsibilities
- Ensures timely availability of maintenance materials.
- Supports preventive maintenance activities through proper inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment upkeep.
- Maintains 5S standards in the maintenance area, ensuring tools are returned to marked locations and the work area is clean after each job.
- Applies LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) correctly before starting any assigned maintenance task, ensuring proper isolation and lockout.
- Records all maintenance activities, including job description, time, findings, and materials used, accurately in the maintenance logbook and SAP.
