About the Role
The Will Group is seeking a Civil Engineer (FE/EIT) to join our team in Mattoon, Illinois. This role involves working on transportation, water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with Professional Engineers, surveyors, planners, GIS specialists, and technical experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure design and engineering calculations
- Stormwater, water, and wastewater project support
- Construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Permit applications and regulatory compliance
- Field observations and site visits
- CAD-based design and drafting
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- FE/EIT certification or ability to obtain within one year
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CAD software
- Interest in transportation and municipal infrastructure projects

Good Faith Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
