About the Role
This is a full-time unpaid Quality Analyst Intern role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and manual testing processes, tools, and workflows to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
- Analyze data for accuracy.
- Identify process gaps.
- Document findings.
- Support the implementation of improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to track quality metrics.
- Prepare simple reports.
- Communicate issues or risks in a clear and structured manner.
- Contribute to maintaining consistency in service delivery.
- Support quality-related documentation.

- Proficiency with spreadsheets and office productivity tools is preferred.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
