About the Role

The Volunteer will support day-to-day HR consulting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, documentation, and basic research related to human resources projects.
• Help prepare presentations and reports.
• Organize employee-related information.
• Support internal coordination with the consulting team.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas to improve HR processes and tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Common office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Interest in HR consulting and human capital management, with a willingness to learn and support client-focused work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple basic tasks responsibly.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant academic background or ongoing studies in HR, business, psychology, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
