About the Role
PURVIEW is seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join as US Technical Recruiters. This is an opportunity to begin a career in US IT recruitment, gain experience in international talent acquisition, and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for various IT positions.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and availability.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
- Learn about US employment types, work authorizations, and recruitment processes.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and technical terminology.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Training will be provided on recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work in the US night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
- Must be willing to arrange their own transportation for office commute, including during night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
